In May of 2011 the Jacques Marchais Museum of Tibetan Art and the Wirachoqa Foundation for the Preservation of Indigenous Wisdom will bring together FOR THE FIRST TIME Inkan and Tibetan masters of healing and enlightenment in New York City. Participants will immerse themselves in an intensive training and participation in the exchange of indigenous knowledge of these two mountain cultures.  Q’ero Priests often work in the healing arts as a sacred couple, revealing according to Inka tradition, the ancient principle of 'yanantin', harmonious relationship between different things, as well as how human groups create collective flows of energy.  One of the primary focuses of Tibetan Buddhist practice is the development of bodhicitta, the awakened mind, both for oneself and for the benefit of all sentient beings. A Tibetan teacher will lead participants in guided practice….. In this course these teachers will share the spiritual tools of the Inkas  and Tibetans in hands-on teaching sessions with participants.    The workshops will culminate in an exchange of initiations between cultural traditions for each other, global benefit, and attendees.
